Upper Els spent a day at the Metropolitan Museum of Art with their classroom teachers and Art Teacher Maureen Palmquist. They toured the following galleries: the Ancient Near East Gallery, Egyptian Gallery, and the Greek and Roman Art Gallery.
"Run/Walk Across America" is a national, non-competitive, and totally voluntary fitness program for our children. It is meant to be an "educational journey" toward a greater understanding of health, fitness, nutrition, and personal development.
