Global Citizenship

At Red Oaks, we believe in raising global citizens who not only understand the world but also appreciate its diverse cultures. Our curriculum is designed to help students engage with issues from multiple perspectives—personal, local, national, and global—helping them see the bigger picture and how their actions can impact the world around them.

We don't just teach our values; we explore others', fostering a spirit of respect and celebration of differences. This mindset extends to our language program, where students begin learning a second language early, aiming for fluency by the end of 8th grade. Our Linguistics course takes it further by exploring the roots of language, how it shapes thought and culture, and how it connects us all—whether it's through Latin for expanding vocabulary or studying the power of language itself. At Red Oaks, we don’t just prepare students for the world; we prepare them to connect with it.
