The Cutler Campus was bustling with activity on Friday, January 25! After a morning of grace and courtesy at the Primary Teas, our Upper Elementary families gathered for an afternoon demonstration of learning by our Upper Elementary students! With the help of music teacher Mr. Tim, students opened with an assortment of musical performances in the Enrichment Room. You can view all of them here! Students then led their family members up to the third floor for an interactive display of academic projects. For Math, 4th graders demonstrated how to do different multiplication models, bar model word problems, and algorithms, while 3rd graders had created stories, models, or games to practice multiplication fact families. In Language Arts, families read newspaper articles from the student created R.O.S. Chronicles and The Cutler Street Journal. Meanwhile, in Social Studies, students shared their extensive knowledge of the original 13 colonies and their respective attributes such as government, climate, and religion. Congratulations to all of our Upper Elementary students and their teachers on a wonderful afternoon of learning!
