The mission of the International Baccalaureate is, "develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect." On Tuesday morning, every aspect of the IB mission statement was on full display at the middle school's Celebration of Learning! This annual academic showcase featured an impressive collection of student exhibits. Students passionately explained their coursework from the 2018-2019 school year. Eager family members visited student exhibits throughout the building and learned first-hand as students proudly described their work. From  electrolysis experiments to human rights leaders to real world Math problems to comprehensive guides on Linguistics and Mother Tongue, a year in the life of a Red Oaks middle school student at all grade levels was truly impressive. There were also live scenes performed from Macbeth in the Lobby!

Congratulations to all of our middle school students and their teachers for an outstanding exposition of academic excellence! We celebrate you and all of your hard work!
