Learning Selection Form (Semester 2)

SUBMISSION DEADLINE: TUESDAY, DECEMBER 1, 2020

ALL families must indicate whether they would like their child(ren) to attend school in-person or remotely for the second half of the 2020-2021 school year. 

Important Notes to Consider:
Your decision will go into effect on Monday, January 11, 2021 and will remain in effect until the end of this school year.
Significant changes in the quantity of in-person students may result in the reconfiguration of some classrooms.
